He is a mechanical civil engineer specialised in thermodynamics, graduated from the University UCL in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. As the co-founder of Dialog Systems with Luc Jacquet, he is in charge of strategy, technology and development.
Jean-Marc engaged in research in the field of thermodynamics from 2004 to 2010. He is the inventor of the patented boostHEAT technology. He is currently manager of technology, product development and the Iris-Lab innovation centre. boostHEAT is run by the duo Jean-Marc Joffroy and Luc Jacquet as joint general managers.
A civil engineer in computing, he graduated from the Belgian University UCL in Louvain-la-Neuve, where he met Jean-Marc Joffroy, with whom he co-founded Dialog Systems, where he is in charge of administration, finances and sales.
Luc became an in-house consultant for EADS-Telecom before being appointed as marketing director. He currently heads innovation, scientific research and product strategy.
